The lodges were warm and comfortable, perfect for a cozy stay. The security staff were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist me when my car got stuck in the snow. The location was very convenient, just a one-minute walk from the train station to London, making it easy to explore the city.
That the sink in my lodge couldn't be filled, which made washing up a bit challenging. The park's WiFi was also weak, making it difficult to use the smart TV.

The location of the lodge was perfect for our city break. With the train station just a short walk away, we were able to easily and quickly get to London in no time. It made exploring the city hassle-free and convenient. the lodge itself was spacious and had a lovely airy feel to it. It provided us with a comfortable and relaxing retreat after a busy day of sightseeing.
While our overall experience was great, there were a couple of minor downsides. the cleanliness of the lodge could have been better.
